Ebix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EBIX) 48% LOWER; the company announced that it and an affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co. (NYSE: GS) have agreed to terminate their previously announced merger agreement. The decision to terminate the merger agreement was the result of a letter received by the Company on June 14, 2013 from the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia that it had opened an investigation into allegations of intentional misconduct that had been brought to its attention from the pending shareholder class action lawsuits against the Company's directors and officers, the media and other sources.

Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ: CLSN) 18.9% HIGHER; announced today that Professor Riccardo Lencioni, MD, FSIR, EBIR, 2013 ECIO Program Co-Chairman and the Director of the Division of Diagnostic Imaging and Intervention at Pisa University School of Medicine in Italy and Lead European Principal Investigator for the HEAT Study reviewed the clinical trial results from the Company's Phase III HEAT Study including findings from the HEAT Study post-hoc analysis at the 2013 European Conference on Interventional Oncology, which is being held June 19-22, 2013 in Budapest, Hungary.

Solta Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: SLTM) 11.6% HIGHER; received a new FDA 510(k) clearance of its Fraxel® DUAL 1550/1927 laser system for the treatment of pigmented lesions such as, but not limited to lentigos (age spots), solar lentigos (sun spots) and ephelides (freckles).

Finisar Corp (NASDAQ: FNSR) 10.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $243.42 million versus the consensus estimate of $242.95 million. Finisar Corp sees Q1 2014 EPS of $0.22-0.26, versus the consensus of $0.20. Finisar Corp sees Q1 2014 revenue of $245-260 million, versus the consensus of $248.9 million

Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: PGNX) 9.9% LOWER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,500,000 primary shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4.40 per share.

Five Below, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIVE) 6% LOWER; announced the launch of a secondary offering of 8,563,172 shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being offered by selling shareholders, including certain members of Five Below's management team and Board of Directors (and their affiliates). The underwriters are expected to have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1,284,475 shares of common stock. Five Below will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering

CardioNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAT) 5% HIGHER; announced today the launch of the MCOTos 2:1 device, providing both MCOTTM and wEvent monitoring capability in a single device. This added feature provides increased flexibility and convenience to both physicians and patients.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 4.7% HIGHER; Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) did an about face on its XBox One DRM policy, scrapping plans for an always-on internet connection and allowing the consoles to play used/borrowed games.

JDS Uniphase Corporation (NASDAQ: JDSU) 4% HIGHER; up on Finisar results

SandRidge Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SD) 3.7% HIGHER; announced that the Board of Directors has named James Bennett CEO and president and that lead independent director Jeffrey Serota will serve as interim non-executive chairman, effective June 19, 2013. SandRidge also announced that Tom Ward, the former Chairman and CEO of SandRidge, is leaving the company.

Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) 3.6% HIGHER; BofA/Merrill Lynch upgraded from Underperform to Buy

NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTWK) 3.5% HIGHER; announced that it has signed a new agreement valued at more than $10 million to implement the complete front and back office modules of the NetSol Financial Suite Platform for a major global auto captive finance Company. The customer's name was not disclosed because of non-disclosure agreements in place.

Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS) 3% HIGHER; signed a definitive merger agreement whereby privately held MakerBot has agreed to merge with a subsidiary of Stratasys in a stock-for-stock transaction.

FedEx (NYSE: FDX) 2.1% LOWER; Downgraded at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan

Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) 2.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.04, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.32 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.24 billion.

Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd. (Nasdaq: HLSS) 2.1% LOWER; announced today that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 of its ordinary shares. Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering. HLSS expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional aggregate of 1,875,000 ordinary shares. HLSS intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to acquire mortgage servicing assets from Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC and to pay fees, costs and expenses in connection with the acquisition of these assets.

Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) 1.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.4 billion. Sees Q4 2013 EPS of $0.50 - $0.58, versus the consensus of $0.60. Also sees Q4 2013 revenue of $4.55 - $4.65 billion, versus the consensus of $4.59 billion.

Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) 1.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.32, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $363 million versus the consensus estimate of $359.84 million

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) 0.7% HIGHER; announced the final exchange ratio in connection with its previously announced offer to its shareholders to exchange some or all of their shares of Pfizer common stock for shares of Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS) common stock held by Pfizer. For each share of Pfizer common stock that is validly tendered and not validly withdrawn by shareholders and that is accepted by Pfizer pursuant to the exchange offer, Pfizer will deliver 0.9898 shares of Zoetis common stock to or at the direction of such tendering holder.
