BlackBerry (Nasdaq: BBRY) 23.3% LOWER; reported Q1 adjusted loss of $0.13 per share, versus the analyst estimate calling for EPS of of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.07 billion, versus $2.81 billion reported last year. Shipments of smartphones reached 6.8 million, up 13% sequentially from the previous quarter. BlackBerry shipped 7.8 million smartphones in the same period last year. 40% of the 6.8 million device shipments were BB10 models, suggesting ~2.7 million units. This was below the Wall Street consensus of above 3 million.

Gentiva Health Services (NASDAQ: GTIV) 21% LOWER; Baird downgraded from Neutral to Underperform.

American Superconductor (NASDAQ: AMSC) 12.8% HIGHER; Ascendiant Capital initiated coverage on with a Buy rating and a price target of $3.25.

Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) 7.8% HIGHER; said the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today informed the company that it has completed its investigation of, among other things, the accuracy of the Molycorp`s public disclosures, and it is not recommending that any enforcement action be taken against the Company. The SEC initiated its investigation of Molycorp in August 2012.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) 6.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.14, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.13. Net evenue for the quarter came in at $7.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.42 billion. Total revenue for the quarter were $7.71 billion. Sees FY13 EPS of $4.90 - $4.94, versus prior guidance of $4.89 - $4.97. Accenture sees Q4 2013 revenue of $6.7 - $7.0 billion, versus the consensus of $7.36 billion.

Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. (Nasdaq: RPTP) 3.1% HIGHER; confirms the European Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) has adopted a positive opinion recommending marketing authorization for PROCYSBI™ 25mg and 75mg gastro-resistant hard capsules, cysteamine (as mercaptamine bitartrate) for the treatment of proven nephropathic cystinosis. If approved, PROCYSBI will be indicated for the treatment of proven nephropathic cystinosis.

Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN) 2.3% HIGHER; announced that its board of directors has authorized a US$100 million American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") repurchase plans to be executed within one year from June 28, 2013

IBM (NYSE: IBM) 2.3% LOWER; lower on Accenture's weak results and outlook

F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) 1.7% HIGHER; Raymond James upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $80.00.

Calamp Corp. (NASDAQ: CAMP) 1.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.16, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $52.41 million.

First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR) 1.3% HIGHER; Argus upgraded from Hold to Buy.

Pfizer, Inc. (NYSE: PFE) 1.3% HIGHER; has authorized a new $10 billion share repurchase program to be utilized over time. This new program is in addition to the $3.9 billion of authorization remaining under the company’s current share repurchase program.

Nike, Inc. (NYSE: NKE) 0.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.76, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.64 billion. As of the end of the quarter, worldwide futures orders for NIKE Brand athletic footwear and apparel, scheduled for delivery from June through November 2013 totaled $12.1 billion, 8 percent higher than orders reported for the same period last year.
