Supervalu (NYSE: SVU) $8.26. Supervalue popping to a new annual high today after posted strong Q1 EPS of $0.14, which beat views by 10 cents per share. The stock was up over 22 percent at one point today.

Cypress Semiconductor (Nasdaq: CY) $40.79. Cypress doubled consensus Q2 EPS with a report of $0.14 today. Revs of $193.5 million also topped analysts. Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) $9.21. Spirit Realty and Cole Credit Property Trust II, Inc. (CCPT II) announced that the merger of the two companies was completed Thursday. he combined company is one of the largest publicly traded net-lease real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the United States, owning approximately 1,900 properties in 48 states. As a result of the merger, the company also has significantly enhanced scale and scope, a more diversified portfolio of high-quality real estate assets and enhanced access to capital.
Jakks Pacific, Inc. (Nasdaq: JAKK) $7.18. Jakks posted surprise Q2 loss of $2.14 per share, completely catching the Street, which was looking for EPS of $0.05, off guard. Looking ahead, Jakks cut its FY13 outlook, now expecting a loss of $2.56 per share, from prior expectations for EPS of $0.63 to $0.68. For more color, click here.
