Sourcefire (Nasdaq: FIRE) 28.5% HIGHER; Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) acquired the company for $76 per share in cash in exchange for each share of Sourcefire and assume outstanding equity awards for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $2.7 billion, including retention-based incentives. The acquisition has been approved by the board of directors of each company.

CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE) 21.6% HIGHER; PacWest Bancorp (Nasdaq: PACW) and CapitalSource Inc. announced the signing of a definitive agreement and plan of merger (the Agreement) whereby PacWest and CapitalSource will merge in a transaction valued at approximately $2.3 billion. The combined company will be called PacWest Bancorp and the combined subsidiary bank will be called Pacific Western Bank. The CapitalSource national lending operation will continue to do business under the name CapitalSource as a division of Pacific Western Bank.

Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) 13.3% HIGHER; announced positive results from a placebo-controlled, randomized, doubleblind Phase 2 trial in mild to moderate persistent allergic asthma for ARRY-502, an oral CRTh2 antagonist. ARRY-502 achieved the primary endpoint, significant improvement in pre-bronchodilator Forced Expiratory Volume in one second (FEV1), a measure of lung function. ARRY-502 was well tolerated with fewer adverse events compared to placebo. These positive results support continued development of ARRY-502 in allergic asthma. Array is seeking a partner to further develop ARRY-502 in this large market.

Fortinet Inc. (NASDAQ: FTNT) 8% HIGHER; up on Cisco deal for rival Sourcefire

Wendy's (NASDAQ: WEN) 7.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.08, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $650.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $655.9 million. Company to Optimize Restaurant Portfolio by Selling Approximately 425 Company-Operated Restaurants. Raises dividend.

USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) 6.5% LOWER; falls after Monday's nearly 100% surge

Array BioPharma Inc. (Nasdaq: ARRY) 6.1% HIGHER; will report top-line results from a placebo-controlled, randomized, double‑blind Phase 2 trial in mild to moderate persistent allergic asthma for ARRY-502, an oral CRTh2 antagonist and hold a conference call to discuss those results on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Ron Squarer, Chief Executive Officer, will lead the call.

Penn National Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ: PENN) 5.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.16), which may not compare with analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $761.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $790.1 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.32, versus prior guidance of $2.44 and the consensus of $2.52.

Sanmina-SCI Corp (NASDAQ: SANM) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.40, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.49 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.48 billion. Sanmina-SCI Corp sees Q4 2013 EPS of $0.37-0.43, versus the consensus of $0.40. Sanmina-SCI Corp sees Q4 2013 revenue of $1.475-1.525 billion, versus the consensus of $1.52 billion.

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) 5% HIGHER; continues higher on short squeeze

TD Ameritrade Holding Corp (NYSE: AMTD) 4.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.33, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $725 million versus the consensus estimate of $705.99 million.

Peabody Energy Corp. (NYSE: BTU) 4.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.33, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.76 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.83 billion.

Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) 4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.49, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue came in at $1.07 billion versus $1.07 billion expected. Domestic Streaming subs improved 0.63 million to 29.81 million with 28.62 million paid members. International saw a 0.61 million bump higher to 7.75 million total and 7.01 million paid members. Domestic DVD subs fell 0.47 million from the last quarter to 7.51 million. Looking ahead, Netflix sees Q3 2013 EPS of $0.30 to $0.56, versus the consensus of $0.43

Quality Systems (NASDAQ: QSII) 4% LOWER; Raymond James downgraded from Market Perform to Underperform.

Paccar, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCAR) 3.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.82, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.93 billion.

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PANW) 3% HIGHER; up on Cisco deal for rival Sourcefire.

Rent-A-Center, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCII) 2.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.76, versus the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $760.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $779.38 million.

Illinois Tool Works, Inc. (NYSE: ITW) 2.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.03, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.22 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.29 billion.

Texas Instruments (TI) (Nasdaq: TXN) 2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.42, versus the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.05 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.06 billion. Quarterly EPS would have been $0.58 without a $0.16 benefit from the transfer of wireless connectivity technology to a customer and higher-than-expected charges associated with previously announced restructuring. In the same period last year, TI reported EPS of $0.38 with revenue of $3.34 billion.
