Multi-channel retailer Sears Canada Inc. (SCC.TO: Quote) announced the resignation of its Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Sharon Driscoll, effective January 4, 2013 to pursue other interests. Driscoll has been associated with the company since November 2008 and has served in her current role since December 2010.
Currently, the company is conducting a search for candidates. In the interim, processes are in place that would allow the Finance functions to continue operating seamlessly.
