11:15 AM EST – Quebecor Media Inc. : Said its Videotron Ltd. division announced the closing of its issuance and sale of C$650 million aggregate principal amount of 3.125 % Senior Notes due 2031. Videotron intends to use the proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, for the repayment of a portion of its outstanding indebtedness. Quebecor Media Inc. (T.QBR.B) shares were up $0.06 at 30.57.
