12:40 PM EST – Charlottes Web Holdings : Has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Energy Hemp Biotechnology Ltd., in Hong Kong, China. Under the terms of the Agreement, Energy Hemp will have exclusive distribution rights for Charlotte’s Web line of THC-free broad-spectrum CBD products within the Greater China territory with initial availability planned for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao. A flagship Charlotte’s Web retail store, owned and operated by Energy Hemp is planned for Hong Kong in 2023. Charlottes Web Holdings (T.CWEB) shares were -$0.02 at 0.57.
