Goldman Sachs analyst Patrick Creuset downgraded ACS to Sell from Neutral with a price target of EUR 26, down from EUR 29. After rallying 17% over the past three months, the stock now trades around the top of its valuation range, Creuset tells investors in a research note. The analyst cites a “fully” valuation and “weak” cash flow outlook for the downgrade.
