11:52 AM EST – Global Atomic Corp : Announced that due to significant demand, the Company and Red Cloud Securities Inc, as sole underwriter and bookrunner, have agreed to increase the size of the previously announced “bought deal” prospectus offering from C$25.0 million to C$50.0 million. Under the revised Offering, the Underwriter has agreed to purchase for resale 16,666,667 units of the Company at a price of C$3.00 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will be exercisable for one Common Share at a price of C$4.00 per Warrant Share at any time for a period of 18 months following the closing of the Offering. Global Atomic Corp (T.GLO) shares were -$0.12 at 2.94.
