Manufacturing group Senior plc (SNR.L) said its Group Finance Director, Simon Nicholls, would be leaving the Group at the end of April 2013 to become Cobham plc’s (COB.L) Chief Financial Officer. Meanwhile, the search for a successor has commenced. Separately, Cobham announced that Simon’s appointment as CFO would be effective from May 1, 2013.
On April 26, 2012, the military and civil systems provider revealed that Chief Financial Officer, Warren Tucker, would be standing down from the board at the Annual General Meeting in April 2013, after completing ten years of service.
