Lightlake Therapeutics Inc. (LLTP: Quote) announced Thursday that it has appointed Kevin Pollack, who has been a member of Lightlake’s Board of Directors since April 2012, as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to his duties at Lightlake, Pollack is also a Managing Director at Paragon Capital. He also serves as President of Short Hills Capital LLC.
Pollack currently sits on the Board of Directors of MagneGas Corporation as well as Pressure BioSciences Inc.
Pollack’s past experiences include working as an investment banker at Banc of America Securities LLC, focusing on corporate finance and on mergers and acquisitions. He started his career at Sidley Austin LLP (formerly Brown & Wood LLP) as a securities attorney focusing on corporate finance and on mergers and acquisitions.
