Octant Energy Corp. (OEL.V: Quote) announced that its Chief Financial Officer or CFO, William Evaroa has resigned from his position. Chris McLean will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer as the company commences a search for permanent candidate.
The company said its management and board would like to thank Evaroa for his service and the contributions he has made to the company.
