North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (NODB.OB) reported fourth-quarter net earnings of $1.48 million or $0.58 per share, compared to $1.47 million or $0.57 per share for the same period in 2011.
Net earnings for the year ending December 31, 2012 totaled $5.88 million or $2.28 per share compared to $5.52 million or $2.14 per share in 2011.
