Unwired Planet, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPIP) 31.3% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a patent purchase agreement with Ericsson (Nasdaq: ERIC) whereby Ericsson will transfer to Unwired Planet 2,185 issued US and international patents and patent applications.

Kingold Jewelry, Inc. (Nasdaq: KGJI) 20.0% HIGHER; announced that the Company has entered into a Subscription Agreement with three individuals providing for the sale of seven million shares of its common stock at a price of $1.80 per share for gross proceeds of $12.6 million.

Infosys Technologies Ltd (NYSE: INFY) 17.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPADS of $0.76, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.91 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.86 billion. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.97, versus the consensus of $2.95 and revenue of $7.45 billion, versus the consensus of $7.32 billion.

Dendreon (Nasdaq: DNDN) 14.8% HIGHER; Bernstein upgraded Dendreon from Market Perform to Outperform, moving its price target from $7 up to $10 in the process.
