Croda International Plc (CRDA.L) announced that it has acquired the assets of Innovachem, LLC for a total consideration of $2.8 million in cash. Based in Cutchogue, New York, Innovachem had a turnover of around $1.5 million in 2012, a unique portfolio of patented personal care ingredients and a strong customer base.
