USA Compression Partners, a Delaware limited partnership providing natural gas compression services in the US, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11 million common units at $18.00 per unit, below its estimated range. The offering is expected to close on or about January 18, 2013.
In the amended S-1 filing with the SEC on January 7, the company had estimated to offer 10 million units of between $19.00 and $21.00.
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase from USA Compression up to an additional 1.65 million common units, at the initial public offering price
The Texas-based USA Compression Partners, LP will list on the New York Stock Exchange on January 15, 2013 under the symbol USAC.
Barclays, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
