Dana Holding (NYSE: DAN) issued an update to FY13 expectations. The company sees revs of about $7.1 billion and adjusted EPS of $1.88 to $1.95.

The Street consensus currently calls for FY13 revs of $7.53 billion and EPS of $1.98.

For FY12, Dana sees revs of about $7.2 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $780 million, both to the lower-end of guidance.
