China’s foreign direct investment (FDI) decreased in December, data from the Ministry of Commerce showed Wednesday.
Investment fell 4.5 percent year-on-year to $11.7 billion in December. In November, FDI totaled $8.29 billion, down 5.4 percent from a year earlier.
In 2012, FDI fell 3.7 percent to $111.7 billion, the ministry said.
