Silicon Graphics International (SGI: Quote) reported preliminary results for its second quarter Wednesday morning and announced that its board has authorized a $15 million stock repurchase plan.
On a non-GAAP basis, net income for the second quarter is expected to be between $0.07 and $0.10 per share. Prio guidance was for non-GAAP earnings of breakeven to $0.08 per share. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.05.
Silicon Graphics International has been rising since the open of trade Wednesday and is now up 0.79 at $11.66. The stock has climbed to an 11-month high.
