Phoenix have announced that the follow-up to their 2009 album, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, will be titled Bankrupt! The new set is due sometime in April.
The album news follows recent news that the band is set to play their first set in over two years at the upcoming Rock am Ring and Rock im Park festivals in Germany, which take place from July 7-9. Other acts confirmed for the bill include Green Day, the Killers and the Prodigy.
Rolling Stone previously announced that the band would release the album on Glassnote records. That news came via label head Daniel Glass. He added, in early December, that the band had recently finished recording the effort in a Paris studio.
Phoenix have been working on Bankrupt! since 2011.
