Rosario Dawson has reportedly signed on to appear alongside Ryan Reynolds in Atom Egoyan’s new thriller “Queen of the Night.” Reynolds is set to play the father of an abducted child in the film, which is based on an original story by Egoyan.
Egoyan also penned the script alongside David Fraser. The film will be produced for Ego Films and, according to hollywoodreporter.com, is set to begin shooting in Canada this month. Scott Speedman and Mireille Enos are also members of the cast.
The project comes at a busy time for Dawson, who will next appear in Diego Luna’s biopic “Chavez.” She joins Michael Pena and America Ferrera in that film. She also appears alongside Josh Hartnett, Penn Badgley and Frank Langella in “Parts Per Billion.”
