CyrusOne Inc. (CONE: Quote) said Thursday that it has closed its previously announced initial public offering of its common stock. CyrusOne said it sold about 18.975 million shares of its common stock in total in the offering, which included 2.475 million shares of common stock sold pursuant to the option granted to the underwriters by CyrusOne, which was exercised in full prior to the closing.
CyrusOne’s common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on January 18, 2013 under the symbol “CONE.”
On January 17, 2013, CyrusOne announced that it priced initial public offering of 16.5 million common shares at $19.00 per share, above the estimated range. In the amended S-11 filing with the SEC on January 8, the company had estimated to offer 16.5 million units of between $16.00 and $18.00.
The underwriters had been granted an option to buy 2.475 million additional shares from CyrusOne at IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
