Hyder Consulting PLC (HYC.L), a multi-national design and engineering consultancy, in an interim statement covering the period to January 28, said the company has performed in line with its expectations.
The company noted that Australian results have been in line with the plan while China slowed down in the third quarter, although prospects look brighter now. The Middle East did not disappoint as a result of new projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Europe improved in the second half.
Looking ahead, the company said its favorable positioning and diversified international base provides it with confidence for the full-year in spite of market volatility.
