Manhattan Associates Inc.’s (MANH: Quote) fourth-quarter GAAP net income was $12.47 million or $0.63 per share, compared to $10.53 million or $0.50 per share in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Adjusted earnings for the quarter were $14.07 million or $0.71 per share, compared to $12.49 million or $0.60 per share in the fourth quarter of 2011. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.67 per share for the quarter. Analysts’ estimates typically exclude special items.
Consolidated total revenue was $95.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2012, compared to $83.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2011. Three analysts had consensus revenue estimate of $92.22 million for the quarter.
For fiscal 2013, the company anticipates GAAP earnings in the range of $2.85 -$2.91 per share, and adjusted earnings of $3.15 – $3.21 per share, and total revenue of $410 million – $415 million. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $3.10 per share on revenues of $410.57 million for fiscal 2013.
