Hermès International (LVMUY.PK,LVMHF.PK), Tuesday reported a rise in the full-year revenue. The company said sales exceeded its expectations, led by a “persistently robust momentum” in the fourth quarter.
For the full-year 2012, the company posted net sales of 3.484 billion euros, a rise of 22.6 percent at current exchange rates and 16.4 percent at constant exchange rates.
Sales in the fourth quarter rose 18.5 percent at constant exchange rates.
The company further said, given the performance in the fourth quarter, operating margin is expected to be slightly above the all-time high achieved in 2011.
Hermès rolled out an interim dividend of 1.5 euro per share, to be paid on March 1, with the ex-date on February 26.
