In a 13D filing on Viggle, Inc. (OTC: VGGL), Robert F.X. Sillerman disclosed a 75.39%, or 62,306,910 share, stake in the company.
Sillerman is a well-known media entrepreneur. He was a majority owner of CKX, Inc, now CORE Media Group, which owns rights to Graceland, the Elvis Presley estate, and Simon Fullers’ 19 Entertainment which owns rights to “American Idol.”
