Swedish manufacturer of brake products and components Haldex AB (HLDXF.PK) on Wednesday said it has appointed Andreas Ekberg, currently Senior Vice President, Global Operations, as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Pramod Mistry, effective April 1.
Mistry, who has been Chief Financial Officer since 2011, and was CFO of Commercial Vehicle Systems from 2008 to 2011, was appointed as Senior Vice President, business Development.
Ekberg joined Haldex in 1998 and has held several senior management positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Vehicle Systems, Senior Vice President, Foundation Brake.
The company also noted that Ulf Ahlén, former Executive Vice President of Haldex Traction and interim CEO of Haldex has accepted a temporary assignment to lead the global operations organization.
The recruitment process for the head of global operations has been initiated and is expected to be completed by mid year.
In Stockholm, Haldex shares are currently trading at 39.20 Swedish kronor, up 0.50 kronor or 1.29 percent.
