Pandora Media (NYSE: P) 24% HIGHER; reported Q4 loss of $0.04 per share, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $125.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.81 million. Pandora sees Q114 loss of $0.13 to $0.10 per share, versus the consensus of ($0.10). The company also sees Q114 revenue of $120 to $125 million, versus the consensus of $119.5 million. Sees FY2014 EPS of ($0.05) to $0.05, versus the consensus of ($0.02). Pandora also sees FY2014 revenue of $600-$620 million, versus the consensus of $600.0 million. Also, CEO steps down.

Skullcandy (NASDAQ: SKUL) 16% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.47, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $101 million versus the consensus estimate of $98.61 million. Multiple downgrades.

Ambarella (NASDAQ: AMBA) 15% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $31.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $29.2 million.

Maxwell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MXWL) 12% LOWER; announced that on March 1, 2013, the audit committee of its board of directors concluded that the previously issued financial statements contained in its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011, and all unaudited quarterly reports on Form 10-Q in 2011 and 2012 (collectively, the “Prior Periods”), as well its selected financial data for the related periods, should no longer be relied upon because of errors in those financial statements. The errors relate to the timing of recognition of revenue from sales to certain distributors.

Medifast, Inc. (NYSE: MED) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.28, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $82.9 million. Medifast, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.32-0.35, versus the consensus of $0.45. Medifast, Inc. sees Q1 2013 revenue of $93-95 million, versus the consensus of $101.13 million. Medifast, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $1.70-1.80, versus the consensus of $1.76. Medifast, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $385-400 million, versus the consensus of $399.6 million.

Quiksilver, Inc. (NYSE: ZQK) 9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.16), $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $431 million versus the consensus estimate of $465 million.

Tempur-Pedic International Inc. (NYSE: TPX) 8% HIGHER; The company and Sealy Corporation (NYSE: ZZ) announced that the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) has cleared the Company’s planned acquisition of Sealy. Based on this, the Company intends to close the acquisition on March 18, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

ANN, Inc. (NYSE: ANN) 7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $607.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $617.82 million. Total Company comparable sales for the quarter decreased 0.7% versus the fourth quarter of 2011. Sees FY2013 revenue of $2.565 billion, versus the consensus of $2.51 billion. Comps up in mid-single-digit range.

Sequenom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SQNM) 6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.29), $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.23). Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.67 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.02 million.

AVG Technologies N.V. (NYSE: AVG) 6% LOWER; announced that J.R. Smith has resigned as CEO and will become a member of the Supervisory Board. He will remain as CEO until a successor is named. Day-to-day operations continue to be the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer, John Giamatteo, who has been in this role since 2011. The Company has retained SPMB, a leading executive search firm, to find a successor. The search will include a full review of both internal and external candidates.

AngioDynamics (Nasdaq: ANGO) 5% LOWER; sees Q3 results missing views.

Smithfield Foods, Inc. (NYSE: SFD) 5% HIGHER; received a memorandum from Continental Grain Company yesterday. Smithfield’s board of directors, in consultation with its financial and legal advisers, will review it in due course.

Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.73, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.71 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.69 billion.

H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB) 4% HIGHER; reported Q3 loss of $0.22 per share, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $472 million versus the consensus estimate of $563.6 million.

Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC) 3% LOWER; priced its public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock. Hercules has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,050,000 additional shares of common stock.

Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (NYSE: AI) 3% LOWER; has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of 3,000,000 shares of Class A common stock. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of Class A common stock. Barclays Capital Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will serve as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

Workday (NYSE: WDAY) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.16), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.24 million.

Navistar International (NYSE: NAV) 3% HIGHER; upgraded at JPMorgan

Finisar Corp (NASDAQ: FNSR) 3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.17, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $238.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $238.86 million. Finisar Corp sees Q4 2013 EPS of $0.15-0.19, versus the consensus of $0.17. Finisar Corp sees Q4 2013 revenue of $235-250 million, versus the consensus of $241 million.

NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) 2% LOWER; announced today that certain of its principal stockholders, including affiliates of funds managed or advised by AlpInvest Partners B.V., Apax Partners LLP, Bain Capital Partners, LLC and Silver Lake Technology Management, L.L.C., have commenced a registered secondary offering of 25,000,000 shares of common stock pursuant to NXP’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3. NXP will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the offering.

Westport Innovations, Inc. (NASDAQ: WPRT) 2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.68), $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.45). Revenue plus CWI for the quarter came in at $82.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.9 million
