TD Ameritrade (AMTD) has seen large call buying volumes over several trading sessions, and has again seen large volumes today as well. On February 28th, some 41,000 contracts were purchased for the August $23.00 calls, and another 40,000 calls in the same strike traded hands on March 5th.
Today we’ve seen an additional block of 20,500 calls trade once again in the August Out-The-Money $23.00 contracts. A spokesperson has stated that no corporate news was behind the move after the original purchase in February was noted.
