Philips Healthcare (PHG: Quote,PHGFF.PK) announced details of its new advances in cardiovascular health monitoring. The company said it will unveil IntelliSpace ECG, ST80i Stress Testing System, new EchoNavigator live image-guidance tool, and Corindus CorPath 200 System at the American College of Cardiology’s Scientific Session, ACC.13, March 9-11 in San Francisco.
IntelliSpace ECG, a multi-modality, multi-vendor, scalable ECG management system, allows patient data to be accessed from other points-of-care applications for review, comparison and printing. Users can review time-sensitive ECGs on a smartphone.
ST80i Stress Testing System and the next generation of stress-testing features a wireless patient experience, bi-directional connectivity and advanced decision support tools that enhance data review, patient care and workflow efficiency.
The new EchoNavigator live image-guidance tool helps interventional cardiologists and cardiac surgeons to perform minimally-invasive structural heart disease repairs by providing an intelligently integrated view of live X-ray and 3D ultrasound images.
Philips said it will also demonstrate the Corindus CorPath 200 System, the robotic-assisted system for PCI. The system allows interventionalists to precisely move commercially available guidewires and balloon/stent catheters.
