Shares of Green Innovations (OTC: GNIN), the Miami, FL exclusive licensed North American distributor of American Hygienics Corporation’s 100% tree-free bamboo-based product line, including personal care and paper-based goods, rose 5% Friday on 6 times average volume.

Green Innovations announced Friday, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green Hygienics, has begun fulfilling several recently announced product purchase orders to some of its newest southern California retailers and distributors, including Big Saver Foods and Cardenas Markets. Green Hygienics products will now be available in over 1,300 locations in California.

Green Innovations closed at $1.82 on Friday.

Information Services Group Information Services Group (NASDAQ: III), the Stamford, CT technology insights, market intelligence and advisory services company, rose 26% Friday on 4 times average volume. Information Services Group announced Thursday, financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. ISG reported fourth quarter revenues of $49.5 million, up 11% versus the prior year in constant currency, as well as on a reported basis. Revenues were $27.0 million up 31% in the Americas offsetting a 6% decline in Europe to $16.7 million and a 2% decline in Asia Pacific to $5.8 million.

Diluted adjusted fourth quarter EPS in 2012 was $0.05 compared with $0.03 for the fourth quarter of 2011. Diluted adjusted EPS excluding acquisition-related and restructuring costs for the fourth quarter of 2011 was $0.05.

Information Services Group closed at $1.82 on Friday.

Oxygen Biotherapeutics

Shares of Oxygen Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: OXBT), the Morrisville, NC medical and cosmetic products company, rose 19% Friday on 51 times average volume. Oxygen Biotherapeutics was mentioned positively in an article in TheStreet.com’s Stockpickr web site. Oxygen Biotherapeutics closed at $0.30 on Friday.
