âThe ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking, communication and computer skills while being friendly and engaging over the telephone. Positions are available for customer service advisors, team leaders and quality analysts,â said Alicia Roach, NOVO 1 Site Director. âPay scale ranges from $10-$15 per hour depending upon position and experience. New hires will be provided with eight weeks of paid classroom and three weeks of on-the-job training.
