Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACHN) 24.0% LOWER; announced that the Company has received notice from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that a clinical hold has been placed on sovaprevir after elevations in liver enzymes associated with significantly higher than anticipated exposures to atazanivir and sovaprevir were noted in a Phase 1 healthy subject drug-drug interaction (DDI) study evaluating the effects of concomitant administration of sovaprevir with ritonavir-boosted atazanavir.
Noodles & Company (Nasdaq: NDLS) 23.7% HIGHER; Noodles & Co. is having a strong first few post-IPO sessions. After pricing at $18 last Friday, shares are now up over 150 percent to just over $46.
Hudson Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: HDSN) 23.7% LOWER; expects to report revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2013 of approximately $15.5 million and net income per share in the range of approximately $0.00 to $0.01 on a fully diluted basis, compared to revenues in the second quarter of last year of $22 million and net income per share of $0.20 on a fully diluted basis. The Street is looking for EPS of $0.12.
Cleantech Solutions International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLNT) 23.0% HIGHER; said based on current and anticipated orders, for the full year ending December 31, 2013 it anticipates revenue in the range of $60 – $62 million and net income in the range of $8.0 – $8.5 million.
Zep, Inc. (NYSE: ZEP) 16.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $186 million versus the consensus estimate of $196.52 million.
B2Gold Corp. (AMEX: BTG) 15.2% LOWER; pulling back after moving 50 percent higher the last two sessions.
LINN Energy, LLC (Nasdaq: LINE) 14.2% LOWER; LINN and LinnCo, LLC (Nasdaq: LNCO) announced that they have been notified by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) that its Fort Worth Regional Office has commenced a private, non-public inquiry regarding LINN and LinnCo. The SEC has requested the preservation of documents and communications that are potentially relevant to, among other things, LinnCo’s proposed merger with Berry Petroleum Company (NYSE: BRY), and LINN and LinnCo’s use of non-GAAP financial measures and hedging strategy.
Noah Holdings (Nasdaq: NOAH) 13.3% HIGHER; could be seeing some upside following Noodles & Company IPO. Shares are making a strong move back above the $10 level.
SGOCO Group, Ltd. (Nasdaq: SGOC) 13.0% HIGHER; announced that its board of directors appointed Mr. Johnson Lau to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective immediately, to replace Mr. David Xu. Mr. David Xu will transition his chief financial officer duties to Mr. Lau and serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
Clearfield, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLFD) 12.0% HIGHER; seeing a little bounce today on broader market momentum. Shares are also stronger above the $10 price level.
Textura Corp (NYSE: TXTR) 9.9% HIGHER; four analysts initiated coverage on the stock with an Outperform rating today.
