ZAGG Inc (Nasdaq: ZAGG) 15% LOWER; The Company expects revenue for the quarter of approximately $51 million. The Company’s revenues were unfavorably impacted in the quarter by the lack of major device launches from the leading mobile computing manufacturers, slower than expected retail distribution expansion and softness in the European market. For the second half of 2013 the Company expects slower retail expansion and projected softness in Europe to continue to impact revenue. To reflect these changes, the Company is adjusting full year 2013 revenue guidance down to a range of $245 million – $252 million. The Street is currently looking for revs of $273.7 million.
Energy XXI (NASDAQ: EXXI) 13.8% HIGHER; Proved Reserves Estimates Increases 50%
Packaging Corp. Of America (NYSE: PKG) 2.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.71, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $800.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $769.41 million. Packaging Corp. Of America sees Q3 2013 EPS of $0.88, versus the consensus of $0.87.
CSX Corp. (NYSE: CSX) 2.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.52, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3 billion.

American Express (NYSE: AXP) 1.8% LOWER; a proposal in Europe that would cap transaction fees on cards. According to the Financial Times, an EU commission proposed a 0.2% ceiling on all consumer debit transactions and 0.2% cap on credit card transactions, introduced after a two-year transition period where the ceiling applies only to cross-border fees.

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBKR) 1.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.21, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $284 million versus the consensus estimate of $319.78 million.
United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) 1.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.12, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.23 billion.

Healthcare Services Group (NASDAQ: HCSG) 1% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. SEC to sell, from time to time, up to 1,214,646 shares of its Common Stock on behalf of a selling shareholders. Healthcare Services will not receive proceeds from the secondary sales.
