(Nasdaq: OXGN) 37.2% HIGHER; announced that the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has granted orphan drug designation for ZYBRESTAT® (fosbretabulin tromethamine) for the treatment of ovarian cancer. Orphan drug designation in the European Union (EU) is given to products that are designed for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of rare diseases that are life-threatening or very serious.

China HGS Real Estate Inc. (Nasdaq: HGSH) 25.9% HIGHER; momentum mover here, higher on data that new home prices in China rose for 69 of 70 tracked cities for the month of June.

USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) 24.4% HIGHER; continuing its march higher Friday. Shares have gains each session since a close at $3.19 on July 11th. The stock is up 82.4 percent since then.

BioCryst Pharma (Nasdaq: BCRX) 21.6% HIGHER; JMP Securities upgraded the stock from Market Perform to Market Outperform today.

Celsion Corporation (Nasdaq: CLSN) 16.5% HIGHER; Celsion and Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. announced that they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to pursue ongoing collaborations for the continued clinical development of ThermoDox® as well as the technology transfer relating to the commercial manufacture of ThermoDox for the greater China territory.

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD) 14.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.09), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.16 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion. For the third quarter of 2013, AMD expects revenue to increase 22 percent, plus or minus 3 percent, sequentially.

InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: INFU) 14.2% HIGHER; reported that Ryan Morris, a member the Board of Directors of InfuSystem Holdings delivered a letter to the Special Committee of the Board regarding a good faith indication of interest by Meson Capital Partners LP and Mr. Morris to acquire InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. for between $1.85 and $2.00 per share in cash. Revenue for the quarter came in at $579 million versus the consensus estimate of $594.58 million. Intuitive Surgical also said it received an FDA warning letter after inspection.

Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: MSFT) 11.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $20.73 billion. The company revised operating expense guidance downward to $31.3 billion to $31.9 billion for the full fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

Acacia Research (Nasdaq: ACTG) 11.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.13, $0.34 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.11 million versus the consensus estimate of $66.98 million.
