As the U.S. Congress approaches a deal today markets have been all of the buzz as early as the pre-markets. 
The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM, quote) has seen several large call options buying with the most notable was at the Dec 44 call strike with a single trade consisting of 40,000 contracts giving the trader the ability to control 4 million shares of EEM.
