For those of you wondering what happened to this blog in the past several weeks, here is the explanation. Servers where these pages were hosted suffered massive failure and the website was wiped out. It took me considerable amount of time and effort to restore most of the posts. The work is still ongoing, with several important elements missing. For example, most of the links are no longer functional. If you had a reciprocal link with us, please let me know so it can be re-established.
On a more positive note, I will be writing again, so expect new posts within the next few days. I also want to thank everybody who sent email of encouragement during these trying times, as I was very close to scraping this project entirely.
