Education Management (Nasdaq: EDMC) 58.3% HIGHER; seeing a strong bounce to the highest levels its been in a month. The stock crossed through and above its 20- and 50-day SMAs and also rose back above the $1.75 resistance level. Other for-profit education peers aren’t having nearly as good of a day.

China HGS Real Estate, Inc. (Nasdaq: HGSH) 53.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.18, versus $0.05 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.85 million, versus $7.17 million reported last year.

Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBII) 43.3% LOWER; reported Q2 revenue
