Oil (USO, quote) continues to catch most people by surprise with its resilience. We are now watching the upper end of the range on Brent (BNO, quote) after a 2 week move that has been nothing short of impressive.
Emerging Markets (EEM, quote) outperforms and China (FXI, quote) may have big cap ADR opportunities in abundance.
