10:37 AM EST – Defense Metals Corp. : Has closed an over-subscribed non-brokered private placement of 3,763,333 units for gross proceeds of $564,500. As previously disclosed, each Unit was priced at $0.15 and is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of 12 months from the date of closing the Private Placement. Defense Metals Corp. (V.DEFN) shares were unchanged at 0.18.
