The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is up 1 to 23 and up 2 rigs year-over-year. The Canada Rig Count is down 2 rigs from last week to 140, with oil rigs up 4 to 97 and gas rigs down 6 to 43. The Canada Rig Count is down 56 rigs from last year’s count of 196, with oil rigs down 20 and gas rigs down 36.
