Shares of Uber Technologies fell after the company announced via Twitter, “To flatten the curve of community spread in the cities we serve, we are suspending our Pool option in the US, Canada, London, and Paris. We are in contact with local leaders globally and expect to take similar action when needed elsewhere.” Uber closed the trading day down 7%, or $1.38, to $18.91.
