Tesla (TSLA) upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse with analyst Dan Levy saying amid the COVID-19 disruption, Tesla “competitively has more edge” in the transition to electric vehicles. 2. Genpact (G) upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan with analyst Tien-Tsin Huang saying Genpact was executing well before the COVID-19 shock and the stock is down 30% from its pre-virus peak, which is “far more” than his FY20 aND FY21E EPS cuts due to the pandemic, Huang tells investors. 3. CVR Energy (CVI) upgraded to Sector Perform from Underperform at Scotiabank. 4. Workday (WDAY) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley with analyst Keith Weiss saying the 29% pullback from the stock’s highs of February, and 22% decline over the past three months, prices in the substantial near-term risks and gives investors a chance to “get onboard with a long-term SaaS beneficiary with an asymmetric risk/reward at current levels.” 5. Progressive (PGR) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley with analyst Michael Phillips saying he sees the stock being poised for further outperformance – despite it being the best performer year-to-date that he covers – given Progressive’s minimal exposure to non-auto commercial lines should preclude losses related to COVID-19.
