Fly Intel: Top five analyst downgrades

Catch up on today’s top five analyst downgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Disney (DIS) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at UBS and to Neutral from Outperform at Credit Suisse. 2. Booz Allen (BAH) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs with analyst Gavin Parsons saying he expects the company’s organic growth to decelerate and sees less relative upside in the shares at current valuation levels. 3. Boeing (BA) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citi with analyst Jonathan Raviv saying the structural aerospace story has “collapsed,” and Boeing has “unique challenges” beyond the sector weakness. 4. Masimo (MASI) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Needham with analyst Michael Matson saying that while the demand for the company’s products has risen during COVID-19, he is concerned that the increased sales expected in Q1 and possibly in Q2 is due to “stocking up” ahead of the potential surge in patients, which now looks less likely to materialize. 5. Gilead (GILD) downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Wells Fargo with analyst Jim Birchenough saying that while he remains optimistic regarding prospects for remdesivir to reduce the COVID-19 burden and views the drug as an important component of potential economic recovery, he is less certain of its commercial value given likely initial distribution at cost or below, and believes that its peak opportunity is already reflected in current valuation.
