9:37 AM EST – Victoria Gold Corp. : Has closed its previously announced offering of common shares with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by BMO Capital Markets and PI Financial Corp. and including Cormark Securities Inc. The Public Offering, including the over-allotment which was fully exercised by the Underwriters, consisted of 3,007,250 common shares at a price of $7.65 per common share for gross proceeds of $23,005,463. Victoria Gold Corp.
(T.VGCX) shares were unchanged at 8.29.
