Woodward (WWD) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Barclays with analyst David Strauss saying the aero suppliers have broadly indicated that they expect working capital to be a source of cash as aero production rates decline. 2. Gap (GPS) upgraded to Neutral from Underweight at JPMorgan analyst Matthew Boss saying the shares are down 70% since October 2018 and now trade below the current four-times “distressed retail” enterprise value to EBITDA average. 3. Ulta Beauty (ULTA) and Estee Lauder (EL) were upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at Piper Sandler. 4. Teva (TEVA) upgraded to Buy from Hold at SunTrust with analyst Gregg Gilbert saying his prior neutral view was based on the assumptions of investor skepticism regarding the company’s long-term targets and its ability to manage its opioid and collusion liabilities. 5. Hostess Brands (TWNK) upgraded to Buy from Hold at SunTrust with analyst Bill Chappell saying the stock represents a “unique way” to gain exposure to “reopening of America” and increased road travel over the next few months.
