Maximus (MMS) upgraded to Strong Buy from Market Perform at Raymond James with analyst Brian Gesuale saying the upgrade is based on Maximus’ unique position administering social programs and his belief that it will pivot to organic growth in fiscal 2021 for the first time since fiscal 2017. 5.
