Carvana (CVNA) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs with analyst Daniel Powell saying he sees a “long runway for growth” in the online automotive sales category and believes valuations have “over-reacted” to the downside as his gross profit estimates have moved higher. 3. British American upgraded to Outperform from Sector Perform at RBC Capital with analyst James Edwardes saying since the company cannot “extricate itself” from investors’ ESG penalty box, its management should use its “plentiful” free cash flow to prioritize share buybacks. 4. PSEG (PEG) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at BofA with analyst Julien Dumoulin-Smith saying that with the settlement on the company’s Clean Energy Future-Energy Efficiency proposal having been reached, he expects an affirming vote on the matter at this week’s NJ BPU open meeting, which he believes will “de-risk the backdrop” for the stock. 5.
