Catch up on today’s top five analyst upgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Shopify (SHOP) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Jefferies with analyst Samad Samana saying he has a “greater appreciation” for Shopify’s ability to deliver “robust” growth for the next several years and reach $10B of revenue in 2025. 2. Coty (COTY) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Citi with analyst Wendy Nicholson saying while some could argue that Coty’s leverage, past track record and likely lower margins might warrant a lower valuation, the company has the potential to “pick a lot of low hanging fruit” in terms of accelerating growth, improving margins and deleveraging its balance sheet. 3. ZoomInfo (ZI) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley with analyst Stan Zlotsky saying the stock is yet to “fully digest” the company’s Q3 strength. 4. L Brands (LB) upgraded to Hold from Underperform at Jefferies with analyst Randal Konik saying Victoria Secret and Pink brand sales and margins have “collapsed” over the last four years, leaving his bearish thesis “largely played out.” 5. Wells Fargo (WFC) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at DA Davidson with analyst David Konrad citing “discounted valuation.” This list is just a portion of The Fly’s full analyst coverage.
