Montrose Environmental (MEG) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at BofA with analyst Andrew Obin noting that the stock has pulled back following an equity offering last week, and with valuation of 13.5-times enterprise value to expected 2022 EBITDA, the shares now trade at a discount to the peer group average. 5. Proofpoint (PFPT) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Truist with analyst Joel Fishbein saying the company is “well positioned” for a beat-and-raise Q4 performance following its “solid” Q3 results, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
